Make Ahead Taco Seasoning will make a weeknight meal super simple. This bulk recipe will make enough for at least 4 to 8 meals.  Use 2 Tbsp per 1 lb of meat.

If you desire to just try out a single serving recipe, scroll to the bottom of this post.

However, I recommend making 2 lbs of meat and freezing the leftovers. Taco meat can come back as a second meal with a variation such as rice or cauliflower rice bowls, nachos, a topping for sweet potatoes, Mexican casserole, or even breakfast with a fried egg on top.

If you are not familiar with coriander, it is from the cilantro plant. If you let your cilantro go to seed, the top flower will dry into coriander seeds which you can dry, harvest, and crush.

We get our spices from Mountain Rose Herbs in bulk. They are all organic. Read here on why to use organic spices.

“In non-organic processing, irradiation and ethylene oxide chemicals are allowed to manage food safety risks associated with the storage and transportation of spices, herbs, and teas.” OTA
